Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) is a retrovirus that attacks the immune system. It is a preventable disease.  There is no vaccine or cure for HIV.  With treatment it can be managed and become a manageable chronic health condition.  Although there is no cure or vaccine, antiretroviral treatment can slow the course of the disease and enable people living with HIV to live healthier lives longer.  An HIV-positive person on treatment can lead a normal life.  (HIV-positive people and HIV-infected people) The government provides life-long medication to suppress the virus under effective treatment. Despite all the help and support of the government, the intervention of voluntary organizations like us is a relief to them. The only way to do that is to boost your immune system. This scheme is designed to provide them with the necessary nutritional kit every month and create the necessary awareness to prevent the spread of this disease in the community.
